Outreach
Service is one of Immaculata's core values and a tenet of Catholic Social Teaching. Campus Ministry offers a variety of service opportunities weekly and two service trips with Habitat for Humanity in Winston-Salem, NC.
Weekly Service Opportunities
Mondays: Camilla Hall
Join us from 2:45-4:15pm to walk over to Camilla Hall to visit the Sisters. We will visit with Sisters, lead games, and help the Recreational Staff where need. Some of our more popular events include the Wheelchair Walk, Reverse Trick or Treating, and Christmas Caroling!
Tuesdays: SS. Philip and James School
On Tuesday afternoons from 3:00-4:00pm, we serve at SS. Philip and James in Exton to help with their after-care program. We help the students with their homework and play with them on the playground. Clearances are needed to volunteer.
Thursdays: IHM Spirituality Center or Safe Harbor
From 3:00-4:00pm, join us as we travel across the street to help the Sisters clean and prepare rooms for incoming retreatants at the IHM Spirituality Center. Other weeks will we spend time at Safe Harbor, a homeless shelter in West Chester!
Weekend Service Opportunities
